Celebrating Success

One of the joys and privileges of success is celebrating it with those we love or who have shared in its creation. With or without religion, the holidays give us an opportunity to celebrate our victory and give thanks and rewards to those who helped make it possible. And, we may humbly and quietly spread some of that gratitude over our own qualities that are largely responsible. Doing that fuels the motivation to continue to build and improve ourselves, and those in our care. So, be sure to be generous with your thanks and gratitude, for it will come back to you. It is easy to charge into the new year if you complete the previous one in the proper way. Best wishes for success in 2006. Set your goals for the year ahead, and decide which qualities need to improve. They deserve as much attention as the effort itself, and they will remain with you in all the years beyond when your need for them will be much greater. Then you can really celebrate.
