Qualities: HAPPINESS
Those are only happy who have their minds fixed on some object other than their own happiness; on the happiness of others, on the importance of mankind, even on some art or pursuit, followed not as a means, but as itself an ideal end. Aiming thus at something else, they find happiness by the way.
-John Stuart Mill (Quoted below)
Fair enough. But if Mill's suggestion is a bit too hit-and-miss for your liking, then you might try religion. Or sex. Or shopping. Or Work. Or booze. Or Prozac. Or even sitting down with a good book.
